The host, a lovely and attentive man, quickly resolved any issues that arose. The cottage had excellent amenities, including reliable Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and a top-notch shower. The isolation of the location was a true gem, providing absolute peace and tranquility. We even received delightful extra treats upon arrival. We can't wait to return to this fabulous place for our next much-needed break.

The area offers exciting activities like hiking and fishing, which I totally indulged in. Also, yay for free WiFi and parking! So convenient, I could post all my fabulous adventure pics online without worrying about a thing.

A superb bolt hole getaway & a real hidden gem- we’ll be back. The cottage was deceptively spacious, modern, clean & had everything we needed. The best thing though was how isolated it was even though it was only a few minutes drive from the village. We never saw a soul all weekend which was perfect for us. The owner was a lovely man, very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this retreat for anyone who wishes to explore the surroundings and have a peaceful getaway.
